To make a return fill out the RGA form to the side. Upon filling out the form, you will be emailed in 1-3 business days (approximately) an email with return information.

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

• RGA and return requests must be made in 15 days from delivery.
• All returns must be accompanied by an RGA. Returns without will be refused or may nor receive credit.
• Restocking fee found below will apply to all returns.
• All items must be in oringinal packaging.
• Refused packages will be subject to a minimum of 50% restocking fee, shipping fees and other applicable charges.
• If free shipping was offered, actual shipping will be deducted from the credit amount.
• Actual shipping will be deducted from the credit amount. All orders are originally shipped at a reduced shipping amount that does not cover actual shipping.
• Returns sent to an incorrect location or sent after 15 days of RGA issuance will have a minimum of 50% restocking fee.

Damaged items will only be replaced with identical items. If you do not want a replacement, the item will be treated as a normal return with all conditions applying.
