Orders are shipped as fast as possible. Some products lines are ready made and ship out immediately, others are custom made and will vary with lead times. Check the shipping link above to check each company code number lead times.

Can I purchase or redeem gift certificates online?

Yes, you may purchase gift certificates online. To redeem gift certificates online, please enter the certificate number at the appropriate point in the checkout process.

I need to return an item, what do I do?

Why do I have to pay a restocking fee?

Not all items have restocking fees. All restocking fees are listed on the returns section above. The restocking fees are those charged by the manufacturer, not by the Decorative Hardware Store.

Can I cancel my order without paying a restocking fee?

All orders are subject to the posted restocking fee upon placement of order. We try to fullfill your order as quickly as possible.

Why do you charge my card at the time of ordering?

Most orders ship out within a day or two of placing the order. A small percentage are made to order by the artist. The charge is made when production starts on made to order items.
